December 10, 2019This is a great, simple recipe for lunch boxes.
1. Take a whole wheat wrap and spread some low fat cream cheese on it.
2. Then place some lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers in the wrap. (or any other veggies you think your child will like.) I like bell peppers but they are too hard for my toddler to chew, so I replace them with tomatoes for him.
I would also put some cut up fruit and a slice of cheese in his lunch box as well.
