December 10, 2019Three Easy Ways to Reduce Sugar without Kids Noticing
December 10, 2019I really don’t like strong fish flavors, so I always get excited about recipes that include fish, but are not overpowering fish. This recipe is a great one! I think you might even be able to persuade some fish hating people out there to give it a try. Of course, you always have the option to leave the fish out and have veggie tacos or substitute chicken. Here is what you need to get started:
- fish (I used Mahi Mahi.)
- tortillas (I used corn.)
- coleslaw (I used angel hair.)
- pico de gallo (you can easily make your own, but I purchased yummy mango pico!)
- green verde sauce, just 1 tablespoon
- mayonnaise, just 1 tablespoon
Cook the fish in a skillet with a little bit of olive oil. It should take about 5 minutes, or until the fish is white and flaky.
Put the coleslaw in a bowl and mix in green sauce and mayonnaise.
All you have left is to put the tacos together. Layer the tortilla, fish, slaw, and pico. We added avocado to ours as well.
Enjoy a healthy meal!
