2 tsp oil
3 minced garlic cloves
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 jar chunky salsa
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic cloves and saute for about a minute. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Spoon onto whole wheat buns and if you want, top with cheddar cheese and lettuce. I prefer spinach leafs.
