Weight Loss-Friendly Christmas Granola
December 14, 2020Most people answer this question with a “yes.” So here are three quick follow-up questions to ask yourself to find out if you really are being healthy:
- Do you eat 3 servings of vegetables per day? (about 1.5 cups)
- Do you eat 2 servings of fruit per day? (about 1 cup)
- Do you exercise 30 minutes 5 times per week?
How did you do? Unfortunately, most people cannot answer yes to all three of these questions. Medical News Today reported an interesting study showing women’s eating and exercise behaviors do not match up with their beliefs. The above three questions were chosen because these three simple, healthy habits can eliminate and/or reduce the risk of cancer.
