And the impending summer brings with it visions of building sand castles with the little ones, wading in the cool water, barbecues and picnics with loved ones, and…those shorts. Or maybe that swim suit or tank top that fits just a little too snug for comfort (literally).

And it’s honestly probably not something you think about (or should be thinking about) right after child birth.
