I’m so excited to relaunch Indulge in Nutrition and start Nutrition Coaching again! I can’t wait to start helping women feel confident about their bodies!!!
I’ve been so, so busy loving life in the midst of the chaos that my private practice had to take a back seat. What have I been up to? One big thing, adding another child to the mix, meet “The baby” who completes our Reid, Table for Five! Of course he’s not a baby anymore, but we still call him “The Baby” at two years old!
Also, a fun opportunity came up teaching college kids at the University of South Carolina how to cook and eat healthy. Side note. Teach your kids how to cook before they leave your house. Do not assume anything. Number 1 cause of fires in a college town…..wait for it……microwavable mac and cheese. They don’t add water. They just put it in the microwave……and BAM! Fire. Teach your kids while you still have the chance!
And of course, military life. We survived another deployment, this one was 9 months. They keep getting shorter! As always we grew and learned through the laughs, tears, and community. Army sisters are like no other family. They always step up for each other, and this deployment was not any different. Big shout out to army spouses!!
So that sums up the last few years in a nutshell.
There have been so many women asking me to be their nutrition coach during the last few years, but I didn’t have the capacity to help like I wanted. Yes, I gave them tips and suggestions, but I couldn’t devote as much time as I wanted. So here I am. Ready to help!
