December 10, 2019This is a yummy recipe to help get your family’s veggies packed in for lunch. It has spinach, carrots, and red pepper which are all good sources of vitamin A. Red pepper is a good source of vitamin C as well. This recipe is for one wrap.
2 teaspoons honey mustard
2 thinly sliced deli turkey
2 thin slices of cheese
1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
1/2 medium carrot, shredded
1/8 cup chopped cucumber
1/8 cup chopped red pepper
Spread tortilla with mustard. Layer with turkey, cheese, spinach, carrot, cucumber, and red pepper. Roll up tightly. Enjoy!
